How do I defrost the soups?

The best way to thaw your soup is to transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator and let it defrost overnight or for at least 6–8 hours. Once thawed, simply heat it in a pan on the stove over medium heat until it’s warmed through. Stir occasionally for even heating.

If you’re short on time, you can defrost the soup in the microwave. Start by heating it for 3 minutes on a medium setting, then stir and continue heating in 1-minute intervals until fully thawed and hot. Be sure to stir the soup between intervals to ensure even heating.


How does delivery work?

We deliver on Mondays and Thursdays to ensure your soups arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Here’s how it works:

For Monday deliveries, place your order by 8 pm on the preceding Thursday.

For Thursday deliveries, place your order by 8 pm on the preceding Monday.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a tracking notification so you can stay updated on your delivery status.


Are your soups vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! All of our soups are made with 100% plant-based, natural ingredients and are completely gluten-free. We’re committed to providing delicious, wholesome meals that cater to a variety of dietary needs.


How long do the soups last in the freezer?

Our soups are designed to stay fresh and flavorful in the freezer for up to 3 months. For the best quality, we recommend consuming them within this time frame. Always check the label for the "best by" date.


Can I customize my soup order?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of soups to suit different tastes and preferences. If you have specific dietary requirements or preferences, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.


Do you offer subscription plans?

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the New York Area, New Jersey and Staten Island. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us with your address, and we’ll let you know!


How do I store the soups after delivery?

Upon delivery, place your soups directly in the freezer to maintain their freshness. When you’re ready to enjoy them, follow the defrosting instructions above. Once thawed, consume within 2–3 days for the best taste and quality.
